Every holiday season I have a tradition of making these small square Shortbread cookies. The yummy little squares were filled with brightly colored sprinkles just begging to be popped into your mouth to enjoy!
The Shortbread Bites Quilt pattern reminded me of these treats, quilt blocks highlighting simple, yet beautiful fabrics on top of each other!
Focus on your fabrics
The Shortbread Bites Quilt is a block based, beginner friendly pattern featuring only square and rectangles! Allowing you to showcase your favorite fabrics or fussy cut adorable details!
The unfinished block size is 12 ½”, sashing strips and corners are added to finish at 16″. The pattern includes a modern version and a scrappy version. The pattern is yardage, fat quarter or scrap friendly too!
The pattern is written for pillow (12″ or 16″), baby (48”X 48”), throw (62″ x 76″), twin (72”x 94”) and queen (98”x 98”) sizes. I have PDF and paper copies of the pattern in my shop!
