I am so excited to announce my partnership with Spare Threads Quilting to offer this beautiful raffle prize to benefit First H.E.L.P.
My Line of Sacrifice Quilt Pattern was one of the first quilt patterns I wrote. It is my interpretation of the thin line flag, honoring first responders across many disciplines. Police, fire, EMS, dispatchers, corrections, and military personnel!
First H.E.L.P. is a non-profit organization honoring the service of first responders who died by suicide. Their efforts include reducing mental health stigma through education, advocating for benefits for those suffering from post-traumatic stress, acknowledging the service and sacrifice of first responders we lost to suicide, and support families after a suicide and bringing awareness to suicide and mental health issues.
Support First H.E.L.P. and enter for a chance to win this beautiful quilt honoring a first responder of your choice!
This 66” x 66″ Line of Sacrifice Quilt, was inspired by the thin line flag to honor ANY first responder. The winner can choose the color for the center diagonal focus line, which is based on the Thin Line Flag:
The quilt will be completed and donated by Ledine Watson of Sugar Stitches Quilt Co. and Debbie Shannon of Spare Threads Quilting. The winner will choose the center, diagonal line color of the quilt. No other customizations or alterations to the quilt are included. This raffle is open to anyone in the U.S. and the final quilt will be shipped to the winner via U.S.P.S. Priority Mail.
All proceeds of this raffle benefit First H.E.L.P. Inc., a 501(c)3 charity.
