I am beyond excited to unveil my latest creation: the Sweet Stack Quilt! If you’re on the hunt for a fun and easy weekend project, look no further. This pattern is perfect for beginners itching to dive into the world of quilting or seasoned pros in need of a relaxing crafting session. With its eye-catching 3D effect and straightforward construction using basic squares and rectangles, Sweet Stack is bound to bring a smile to your face as you stitch away. So grab your favorite fabrics and let’s embark on this sweet quilting journey together!

My cover version of Sweet Stack Large Throw with fabrics from Starry and Speckled Collections by Ruby Star Society Fabrics. These beautiful fabrics from Ruby Star Society really spoke to me to get the maximum effect with the pattern.

I’m in love with the final version! Debbie Shannon of Spare Threads Quilting quilted this version for me and the pantograph that she chose is so perfect for this type of design, don’t you think?

One of the main goals that I had when designing this pattern was to make it simple, yet impactful. I LOVE making half square triangles and flying geese, but sometimes you want a pattern that is simple to cut and simple to piece. I also love a good pattern that will show off your fabrics and color palette.

Now you know I have lots of amazing mock-ups to show you and wonderful shops offering beautiful kits too!

I so much fun with Electric Quilt 8 (EQ8) with these mock-ups! So many options and they all have such different looks!

Take a look at this solid version of Sweet Stack Pattern – this was made with this beautiful bundle of PBS Fabrics Painter’s Palette Solids curated by my fabric friend Kasie at Marmalade Mood Quilts.

We played with so many different colors and mock-ups with the PBS Fabrics Painter’s Palette Solids and finally decided on this version. I think she made a great choice and I love how the quilt top almost looks like a mock-up! Perfection! And she has kits in this colorway! Visit her shop HERE and grab yours!

Kismet Collection – Art Gallery Fabrics Version

This version made by Debbie Shannon of Spare Threads Quilting had my WHOLE heart! She used these beautiful fabrics from the Kismet Collection by Sharon Holland for Art Gallery Fabrics. It gave me all the wonderful memories from my Cinnamon Spice Quilt! I will never get tired of this collection! Debbie did an amazing job on her tester version. And look at that quilting! She is truly a quilting genius!

Tilda Hibernation Version

My friends at Elegante Virgule always know how to put an amazing quilt kit together! They chose this beautiful Hibernation Collection from Tilda Fabrics.

The details in this fabric are amazing and the colors look perfect in the Sweet Stack quilt pattern!

Head over to Elegante Virgule’s website and grab your kit in this version before they are gone!

Sweety and Plenty Collection – Moda Fabrics Version

For my second version of the Sweet Stack quilt, I chose this bright and happy jelly roll of Sweet and Plenty Collection by Me and My Sister Designs for Moda Fabrics. For the small throw version, you can use a jelly roll and a small amount of yardage! Perfect! I chose one of the cutest prints from the Collection (in my opinion!)

What do you think of this final version? This is such a happy quilt top! I can’t wait to quilt this one!

That’s all for this exciting launch day! Let me know what you think or if you have any questions! I hope you have as much fun with my Sweet Stack pattern as I have! If you make one, I’d love to see it!
